Activities that organized by AS120

Being a part in Dilpoma in Science is always make me happy because through this programme it always organized a lot of activities which are very interesting.. When you in Diploma in Science , you actually in Perdipsa club..

Here I wants to share the activities that was organized by PERDIPSA in Uitm Jengka,Pahang

1.Annual Grand Meeting

• this programme to introduce PERDIPSA club and their exco
• give the present to student which are DEAN LIST
• discuss about their budget (financial) and activities that would be organized by each part

2.Kem Simbiosis Anak Sains (KEMSAS) 

• this camp especially for students in part 1. This camp usually will be handle by students in part 6. There are a lot of activities in this camp.
• this camp purpose to make close relationship which each other.
• when I was in part 1,my camp at Uitm Jengka, Pahang only which is at farm because during that total of student part AS120 too much than the students of part 6 which were became ours facilitator..By I am still grateful because that camp was enjoyable and fun.                                                                                                                    

                    

 

3. Family Night

• this activity usually handle by part 2
• it is more like to dinner

this is the theme when we organized this activity

 4.Sport Science Carnival or Interpart

• this activity to encourage student to take part in sport activities
• there are various games and activities such as netball,futsal and so on

5.Dinner

• i love this part because this activities very interesting and it also have many delicious of food
• this activity actually to celebrate part 6 which is in the last semester
• this activity also can introduce to each other like a senior
• this activity teach how to cooperate to each other
• i handled this activity in part 3 which is last semester...

There are a little bit different about this course from intake since " november - april session13/14". This is because we are the last batch which is six semester..The different is about the code subject that our juniors take.. They still learns what we are learn.. I want to tell when we are in semester 5 we have to choose elective which is Biology or Physic but in part 4 our juniors need to choose the elective whether in chemistry or physics.. So I think..whatever we choose just follow the flow carefully.. I hope this information can help you :D

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

i) General university requirement

Pass SPM with minimum 5 credit (grade C and above) including Bahasa Melayu

ii) Program Requirement

Credit in Mathematics or Additional Mathematic

credit and 1 pass (grade D and E) in the following subjects :

Physics

Chemistry

Biology

Pass in Bahasa Inggeris

Pass in History

OR

Pass Pre Diploma Science (PD007/008)

INTRODUCTION OF DIPLOMA IN SCIENCE (AS120)

Here are the information about this course :))

It is a programme focussing in basic sciences and mathematics. The three year programme of six (6) semesters offers courses such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.Now,currently the programme is only 5 semesters. Other courses include Computers and Information Processing, English, Islamic Studies, and Fundamental of Business.

Graduates with Diploma in Science may further their education in Biology and Chemistry including Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Science, Agronomy, Forestry, Nuclear Science, Biotechnology, Environmental Studies, Fisheries, and Food Technology, or in the Natural Science of Biology, Zoology, Botany, Genetics, and Ecology. Graduates may further their studies in science of technology based programme at UiTM, other local or foreign universities. Graduates may be given some exemptions for their degree programme depending on the course, university and CGPA at the Diploma level.

Graduates may be employed in various polymer related industries and may hold positions as laboratory technicians, quality control productions personnel and factory managers.Other career opportunities for those who are interested in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics including Engineering programmes (Civil, Electronic, Electrical, Chemical, and Mechanical), Industrial Chemistry, and Computer Science. Other career options include teaching, which requires graduates to undergo a course for a Diploma in Education, Administrative or Management Executives or Research Assistants.

Assalamualaikum and hello to all my fellow friends...My name is Nur Safinah binti Ahmad Daud.. I am from Taiping,Perak. I have no sibling and I love my family very much..


I am 20 years old and still studying at Uitm Jengka, Pahang..This blog was created to share about my life and introduce to all of you about the best carrier on future especially about Diploma In Science (AS120) Faculty of Applied Science..

I continues my study in science because my ambition is a lab medical officer.. Before that I want to share about my feeling when I know i got Diploma In Science.. I am very happy because i have an opportunity to continue my study..However,at first i am feel sad because i got diploma at Jengka, Pahang. For me , the location is far away from my family in Perak.. At the sametimes i am  got Matriculation  also in Science. I am became confused to make a choice.. I got many opinion from my teachers,family and so on..Finally i choose diploma in science..

I believe the distance is not my reason to achieve my dreams..

Whatever happen remember that life is a journey from Allah to Allah..



Now,Let explore about science.. how amazing !!
